Work flow templates make it easy to generate reports with detailed breakdown as to how many cases are at a particular milestone. Built in document check list by visa subclass.  A user can see at any point what documents have been provided by a client and what documents are still outstanding. Clients can also check their outstanding documents via the client portal if activated.
